47-19-09. Recording instruments in unorganized counties
47-19-09. Recording instruments in unorganized counties
Any unorganized county of the state, for the purpose of filing and recording all deeds,
mortgages, and other instruments, shall be attached to and made a part of the county to which it
is attached for judicial purposes as long as such county remains unorganized.
