47-19-49. Cancellation of registered name
47-19-49. Cancellation of registered name
Whenever any owner of a registered farm, or the owner's heirs, executors, or
administrators, desires to cancel the registered name thereof, it shall be accomplished in the
same manner as is provided for cancellation of real estate mortgages.
