50-09-06. Application for assistance Application for assistance under this chapter must be made to the human service zone or state agency in the manner and form prescribed by the state agency. The application must contain such information as the state agency may require, and the action of the state agency in approving and granting assistance or in disapproving and denying assistance is final and binding on the human service zone.
