50-11-02.3. Maximum qualified residential treatment program bed capacity
50-11-02.3. Maximum qualified residential treatment program bed capacity
Notwithstanding sections 50-11-02 and 50-11-09, the department shall determine the
maximum number of licensed qualified residential treatment program bed capacity for children
based upon a needs assessment conducted by the department.
