50-11-04.7. Disposition of fiscal sanctions
50-11-04.7. Disposition of fiscal sanctions
Any fiscal sanction collected for any violation of this chapter or of rules adopted pursuant to
this chapter must be paid into the state treasury for the general fund after the costs of
recovering the fiscal sanction are deducted therefrom.
