50-22-04.3. Fraud - Misrepresentation A charitable organization, professional fundraiser, or any agent or employee of a charitable organization or professional fundraiser may not use any deceptive act or practice, fraud, false pretense, false promise, or misrepresentation with the intent that others rely thereon in connection with the solicitation of a contribution for or on behalf of a charitable organization.
