51-10-04. Schemes or devices included within sales below cost The inhibition against sales below cost, as defined in this chapter, shall embrace any scheme of special rebate, collateral contract, or any device of any nature by which such result is, in substance or in fact, effected in violation of the spirit and intent of this chapter.
