54-01-10.1. Acceptance of Fraine Barracks The state of North Dakota hereby accepts from the United States of America the lands and improvements comprising the Bismarck Indian school plant, as authorized by Public Law 78-502, which must hereafter be known as "Fraine Barracks" in honor of the late Brigadier General John A. Fraine.
