54-03-29. Acceptance of gifts - Continuing appropriation The legislative assembly or either house of the legislative assembly may accept donations of funds. Funds received as a donation may be expended by the legislative assembly by concurrent resolution or the appropriate house upon motion. All funds under this section are appropriated as a continuing appropriation for the purposes contained in the concurrent resolution or motion approving the expenditure of the funds.
