54-09-13. Role of secretary of state in filing signed documents and records
54-09-13. Role of secretary of state in filing signed documents and records
Whenever any provision of law requires or permits a signed document or record to be filed
with the secretary of state, the provision may not be construed to require the secretary of state
to make any determination the signed document or record filed or to be filed has been properly
signed or executed by or on behalf of the filer.
