54-18-17. Industrial commission to establish research and processing unit for soybeans and flaxseed. The industrial commission shall install at the association equipment for the processing of soybeans and flaxseed and equipment designed for the conducting of research leading to the manufacture and sale of soybeans and flaxseed. Storage facilities also must be established for the storage of soybeans and flaxseed.
