54-23.4-07. Informal hearing - Rehearing After an informal hearing on the papers submitted, at which the claimant need not be present, the division may accept, deny, or reduce a claim or set it for rehearing. If a claim is reduced or denied by the division, the claimant may request a rehearing or appeal the decision. The claimant must be notified of the right to rehearing or appeal.
