54-30-12. Bank of North Dakota to furnish state treasurer with record of payments and balance due on all mortgages. The Bank shall certify to the state treasurer, from time to time, a list of obligations and mortgages delivered to the state treasurer under this chapter showing the payments made and amounts remaining unpaid.
