54-40.1-09. Rural catalyst fund The rural catalyst fund is a special fund in the state treasury administered by the department. Moneys in the fund must be used for providing grants in accordance with this chapter, subject to legislative appropriations. Interest earned on moneys in the fund must be credited to the fund.
