13-09.1-53. Daily transaction limit A virtual-currency kiosk operator may not accept transactions of more than two thousand dollars of cash or the equivalent in virtual currency per calendar day with a single customer in this state via one or more virtual-currency kiosks operated by the same virtual-currency operator.
