54-44.1-13. Budget requests for legislative and judicial branches The budget requests and expenditures for the legislative and judicial branches of this state are not subject to the provisions of this chapter and such budget requests must be submitted directly to the legislative assembly with informational copies of such budgets provided to the director of the budget not later than November fifteenth in each even-numbered year preceding a session of the legislative assembly.
