54-44.3-14.1. Mediation - Open records exemption - Retaliation prohibition Records of the division relating to mediation services provided by the division are exempt from section 44-04-18. An employee may not be discharged, disciplined, or penalized concerning the employee's compensation, conditions, location, or other privileges of employment because of the employee's request for or participation in the mediation services provided by the division.
