54-44.4-02.3. Purchases from state contracts by state officials and employees The office of management and budget, in consultation with the office of the attorney general, shall adopt rules related to circumstances under which it is determined to be in the best interest of the state to authorize state officials and employees to make personal purchases from state contracts.
