54-44.8-07. Telecommunications services account for the communications impaired The telecommunications services account for the communications impaired consists of all surcharges billed and collected pursuant to section 54-44.8-08. Subject to legislative appropriation, the department may expend moneys from the account for purposes of implementing this chapter.
