54-44-04.4. Payment of unemployment compensation claims The office of management and budget shall quarterly reimburse job service North Dakota for the amount of actual claims paid by job service North Dakota to eligible recipients previously employed by state departments and institutions. Each department and institution shall verify and certify the validity of each unemployment claim prior to the reimbursement of funds to job service North Dakota.
