54-46-12. County, city, and park district records - Uniform program established by administrator. The administrator shall establish a uniform program of standards, procedures, and techniques for the effective management of county, city, and park district records. All county, city, and park district offices, departments, and agencies may establish, utilize, and maintain the uniform program prescribed by the administrator.
