54-52-10. Allocation of funds The board shall maintain such funds and accounts as may be necessary to administer the provisions of this chapter. Any and all expenses incurred by or for the operation of the retirement plan must be paid from the funds contributed pursuant to sections 54-52-06 and 54-52-06.1.
