54-60-17.1. Internship fund - Continuing appropriation
The internship fund is a special fund in the state treasury. All funds in the internship fund are
appropriated to the department of commerce on a continuing basis for the purpose of
implementing and administering section 54-60-17. Interest earned by the fund must be credited
to the fund.
