54-60-23. Workforce enhancement fund - Continuing appropriation The workforce enhancement fund is a special fund in the state treasury. All funds in the workforce enhancement fund are appropriated to the department of commerce on a continuing basis for the purpose of implementing and administering sections 54-60-21 and 54-60-22. Interest earned by the fund must be credited to the fund.
