54-68-09. Immunity 1. A person who in good faith provides information or testimony regarding a guardian's or conservator's misconduct or lack of professionalism is not subject to civil liability. 2. An employee of the office, a member of the review board, or an agent of the review board acting in good faith is not subject to civil liability.
