10-04-06.2. Legacy fund investments - Notice filing 1. Within thirty days of completion of the transaction, any issuer of securities in receipt of an investment from the legacy fund under paragraph 3 of subdivision a of subsection 3 of section 21-10-11 or under subdivision b of subsection 3 of section 21-10-11, shall file electronically a notice on a form prescribed by the commissioner and containing information as required by the commissioner. 2. The notice filing requirement under this section does not exempt the issuer from or supersede any other provision of this chapter.
