57-15-34. Duty of county auditor upon certification of levy The county auditor of each county, upon receipt of tax levies certified to the county auditor by the proper authorities of the state or any taxing district or municipality shall acknowledge receipt thereof to the official so certifying them immediately upon receiving such levies.
