57-39.2-09. Unlawful act No retailer may advertise or hold out or state to the public or to any consumer, directly or indirectly, that the tax or any part thereof imposed by this chapter shall be assumed or absorbed by the retailer or that it will not be considered as an element in the price to the consumer or, if added, that it or any part thereof will be refunded.
