14-02.5-16. Cooperation with other entities
14-02.5-16. Cooperation with other entities
The department shall cooperate with and may provide technical and other assistance to
federal, state, local, and other public or private entities that are designing or operating programs
to prevent or eliminate discriminatory housing practices.
