58-05-03.1. Elected assessor - Commencement of term of office
58-05-03.1. Elected assessor - Commencement of term of office
In any township in which an assessor is elected at the annual township meeting, the term of
office of the assessor elected at such meeting commences on the first Monday in January next
succeeding that election.
