61-01-26.3. Water projects stabilization fund
61-01-26.3. Water projects stabilization fund
The water projects stabilization fund is a special fund in the state treasury. The fund
consists of all money transferred to the fund and all interest and earnings upon moneys in the
fund. Moneys in the fund may be used for defraying planning and construction expenses of
water-related projects.
