61-02-33. Commission to file declaration of completion of appropriation with department of water resources. Upon completing the construction of works and application to beneficial use of the waters described in the declaration provided in section 61-02-30, the commission shall file in the department of water resources a declaration of completion of the appropriation, reciting the matters contained in the original declaration of intention to appropriate and the conditional water permit for the works obtained from the department.
