61-02-67.1. Revenues and funds available to pay bonds
61-02-67.1. Revenues and funds available to pay bonds
Bonds issued under this chapter are payable solely from:
1. Revenues to be received by the commission from the operation of a works financed
with the bonds.
2. Any other revenues available to the commission.
