61-04-27. Information filed with department of water resources - Installation of measuring devices. By March thirty-first of each year, permitholders shall file with the department of water resources, on forms supplied by the department, water use and other information as the department requires. The department also may require permitholders to install measuring devices conforming to the department's specifications, at all points specified by the department.
