61-16.1-23.1. Notice of letting of contracts After the recording of percentage assessments as provided in section 61-16.1-22, the board shall give at least ten days' notice of the time and place where contracts will be let for the construction of the drain. The notice must be published at least once in a newspaper having general circulation in the county.
