61-24.8-03. Resolution authorizing project and the issuance of revenue bonds The acquisition, construction, reconstruction, improvement, betterment, or extension of any project and the issuance of bonds in anticipation of the collection of special assessments or of the revenues of such project to provide funds to pay the associated costs may be authorized by a resolution of the board adopted after appropriate notice by the affirmative vote of a majority of the board. Unless otherwise provided in the resolution, the resolution under this section takes effect immediately and need not be laid over, published, or posted.
