61-33.1-06. Public domain lands. (Retroactive application - See note) Notwithstanding any provision of this chapter to the contrary, the ordinary high water mark of the historical Missouri riverbed channel abutting nonpatented public domain lands owned by the United States must be determined by the branch of cadastral study of the United States bureau of land management in accordance with federal law.
