61-35-03. Petition contents
The petition must be signed by the owners of at least fifty percent of all real property lying
within the outside perimeter of the area designated for inclusion in the proposed district and
must state:
1.
The location of the area, describing the area to be served or specifying the area by an
attached map.
2.
The reasons a district is needed.
