61-35-21. Inactive district dissolved
61-35-21. Inactive district dissolved
A petition may be filed with the department of water resources requesting the department to
dissolve an inactive district. The petition must:
1.
List all real and personal property of any kind exclusive of records, maps, plans, and
files and state all of its debts and obligations have been paid fully.
2.
State the district is not functioning and probably will continue to be inoperative.
3.
Be signed by three-fourths of the members of the district.
