65-05.1-07. Person furnishing training exempt from civil liability - Injured employee's remedy. Any person, partnership, corporation, limited liability company, association, or agency that furnishes on-the-job or other similar training to an injured employee as the result of a rehabilitation contract, without establishing an employment relationship with the injured employee, is exempt from all civil liability.
