10-19.1-67. Lost share certificates - Replacement
10-19.1-67. Lost share certificates - Replacement
1. A new share certificate may be issued pursuant to section 41-08-38 in place of one
that is alleged to have been lost, stolen, or destroyed.
2. The issuance of a new certificate under this section does not constitute an overissue
of the shares it represents.
