14-19-05. Filing of acknowledgment
14-19-05. Filing of acknowledgment
An acknowledgment of paternity made under chapter 14-20 must be filed with the
department on a form approved by the department, which must include the social security
number of the parents and any other information required by the secretary of the United States
department of health and human services.
