15-08-05. Sale of public lands subject to confirmation Each sale of lands under the supervision of the board of university and school lands is subject to approval and confirmation by the board. No sale may be approved or confirmed by the board unless, from an examination of the certified lists and other information received and investigation made, it appears to the board that the sale was made in accordance with the provisions of this title and without fraud or collusion.
