15-08-27. Reservations and exceptions on the sale of land In all sales of nongrant land under control of the board of university and school lands, the same reservations and exceptions to the state of North Dakota must be made as in the sales of grant land. Any such sale which does not contain such reservations and exceptions must be construed as if such reservations and exceptions were contained therein.
