15-10-43.2. Professional student exchange programs - Repayment waiver
The state board of higher education shall waive repayment requirements for individuals
participating in a professional student exchange program in veterinary medicine, dentistry, or
optometry who entered an agreement with the state board of higher education pursuant to
repealed section 15-10-43.1 during the biennium beginning July 1, 2019, and ending June 30,
2021.
