15-10-67. Records of the North Dakota university system and state board of higher education. The North Dakota university system and the state board of higher education may not deny a member of the governing body access to a record that is closed or confidential, as defined in chapter 44-04, including a meeting record, whether written or recorded, unless otherwise prohibited by law.
