15-12-07. Land grants - Acceptance
15-12-07. Land grants - Acceptance
The grants of land accruing to this state by virtue of an Act of Congress donating public
lands for the use and support of agricultural colleges, approved February 22, 1889, are
accepted with all the conditions and provisions in said Act contained.
