15-12-23. Purpose of the institute
15-12-23. Purpose of the institute
The purpose of the economic feasibility institute is to initiate, encourage, and enhance the
commercial development of both agricultural and nonagricultural products, processes,
commodities, and services in North Dakota through the supervision and performance of
economic feasibility research.
