15-20.1-21. Biennial report
15-20.1-21. Biennial report
The state board may submit a biennial report to the governor and the secretary of state in
accordance with section 54-06-04. If submitted, the report must set forth the condition of career
and technical education in the state, a list of the schools to which federal and state aid for
career and technical education has been given, and a detailed statement of the expenditures of
federal and state funds for that purpose.
