15-20.2-10. Appropriated and federal funds used for distribution
The funds distributed to the area career and technology centers under the provisions of
section 15-20.2-09 must be paid out of moneys appropriated to the state board for career and
technical education, including federal funds allotted to the state to promote and attain the
purposes of state and federal legislation on career and technical education.
